What Therapy With Me Looks Like

I believe emotions are how we speak to ourselves, and learning to listen with curiosity instead of criticism can lead to meaningful change. Most people come to therapy because they’re ready for something to change. Together, we’ll explore your emotions, stories, and patterns so you can live with greater authenticity and connection.

My style is warm, collaborative, and gently direct. I’ll challenge you when it serves your growth, but we’ll always move at a pace that feels slow, soft, and safe. Good therapy isn’t about me leading the way, it’s about walking side by side as we discover what comes next.

Sessions are held virtually for adults throughout Ohio and typically last 50 minutes.
